Imagine this...
Showing a blank deck of cards, your spectator simply thinks of any imaginary card. With little byplay, you remove a blank card from the deck. Using your own imagination, you are able to name their thought of card.

No sleight of hand, they never name their card before you name it. Just add your presentation skills.
